How to turn a guy down without hurting his feelings.

Hey everybody who reads!

It's been a while now since I started this blog, and I haven't posted anything yet! I have already written a couple of notes on facebook that fall under what this blog is all about, so here is the first question I answered:
"How do you turn a guy you're not interested in down nicely? Is it possible to do it without hurting their feelings?"
--Anonymous Female
Well, Anonymous female, this is actually a very common situation that many of us find ourselves in, yet hardly anybody knows how to deal with it! Believe it or not, the solution to your problem is actually very simple. It is extremely easy to turn a guy down without hurting their feelings. In fact, once you get this technique down, you'll be able to turn down hundreds of guys a week, and maybe only one or two of them will even care.

The way I see it, the question really isn't about HOW you do it, as long as you are somewhat tactful and non-insulting about it all. I see it more as a question of WHO you do it to. This is the key:

If you want to turn a guy down without any hurt feelings, make sure it's a guy who doesn't have feelings for you.

Sounds simple, doesn't it? Yet many girls still foolishly choose to deal unneccesarily with complicated situations concerning guys who have crushes on them. This will only lead to an inevitable crushing heartbreak every time, no matter what.

If you choose to "let down" only guys who don't have feelings for you, they will most certainly be almost completely unaffected by it. Hey, it might even be somewhat of a relief to them, depending on whether or not they were worried that you might like them. How much better and happier would everyone be if girls would only let down guys who don't have feelings for them? This would save us all a lot of stress, a lot of awkwardness, a lot of hurt feelings, and the entire concept of "emo" wouldn't exist. The world would be a happier place. Who knows? Maybe rainbows would even appear more often.

So you see? When it comes to letting guys down, it's really not about HOW you do it, but WHO you do it to. Once you have figured out this little trick, you will be able to walk down the street, confidently telling every guy you see that it's "just not going to work out" between you, that you're "just not that into" them, or that you "like" them, but you don't "LIKE-like" them. Try it today! (Especially on ugly guys. They are more used to being turned down, and therefore should be able to take it better)

Sorry, dude...I like you, but I don't LIKE-like you.

That's it for this week, readers. I hope you learned something useful. Until next time: Sayonara, suckers.
